SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship out orders within 24-48 hours.
Typical Delivery Time After Fulfillment (U.S.): 3-5 Business Days
We wait 24 hours at least to account for wrong address or an order mistake, and ship everyday besides Sunday. We want you to have the best experience possible and enjoy shopping with us.
At an extreme maximum please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. We use this timeframe as a precaution to ensure your order delivers in time, but in most cases orders arrive well before the maximum timeframe.

If you have any questions, issues or need assistance with tracking your order please use the 'Contact Us' tab or the Live Chat Widget on our Homepage. We will respond within 24 hours to your email. Tracking information is available within 1~2 business days from the day we sent you the tracking code.

RETURNS:

Our Money Back Guarantee policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without speaking with us first.

Items with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be deemed as non-returnable items.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Us tab and send us an email. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):

We will exchange items if originals are sent back without defects or damages. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by clicking the Contact Us tab.

We make sure to answer all emails within a 24 hour timeframe.

SHIPPING:

To return your product please email us for instructions we will answer your email within 24 hours. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
